Chuck Armstrong serves as the Design Director and Principal at Corgan. With more than three decades of architectural experience, he has developed an impressive portfolio of healthcare, corporate, aviation, retail and institutional projects worldwide. As one of the firm’s most talented designers, Chuck has led design teams on a variety of complex projects and garnered more than forty awards throughout his career. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin School of Architecture, he has served on the advisory council for the school since 2014. Additionally, Chuck has served as a visiting critic for graduate studios at Texas A&M University and Miami University of Ohio, as well as the Deans Advisory Council at the University of Texas at Arlington.

Chuck has been an advocate for public art and architecture his entire career and has been involved with the Dallas Architecture Forum, The Dallas Business Council for the Arts, The Community Arts Center of Dallas, The Texas Fine Arts Association and has served on the committee for a Public Art Ordinance for Dallas. He has volunteered on behalf of the Dallas Zoo, The Dallas Arboretum, The Dallas Museum of Art, Texas Society of Architects and Dallas AIA.

Significant projects include Toyota North American Headquarters, Cityline Mixed-use Development, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas Headquarters, Exxon Mobil Headquarters, Dallas Love Field Airport, International Terminal D at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, Nashville International Airport, Shanghai Pudong International Airport, The Midfield Satellite Terminal at Los Angeles International Airport, Sacramento International Airport and the new Parkland Hospital.
