Jeffrey Smith, P.E., LEED AP is a parking and mobility specialist who focuses on integrating progressive parking and land use policies in mixed-use urban environments. With 14 years of diverse transportation planning and engineering experience, Jeffrey’s areas of expertise include site planning and design, valet operations, multimodal and transit operations, zoning and regulatory requirements, transportation demand management techniques, and integration of mobility with emerging technologies. Jeffrey’s experience includes strategy development both with private developers as well as municipal and governmental agencies. Jeffrey has served in a planning, design, and advisory roles on numerous large-scale redevelopment projects across the continental U.S. that have helped him develop a deep understanding of current parking and mobility trends and potential future impacts from industry disrupters.

Jeffrey sits on the Board of Directors for ULI Atlanta and the Parking and Transportation Association of Georgia.  Additionally, he presents at and is involved in other professional organizations, including the International Parking and Mobility Institute, National Parking Association, Association of Commuter Transportation, and the Society of College and University Planners.
