As a Sustainable Building Advisor, Megan Recher works with multiple project teams to analyze resilient + regenerative strategies and building performance outcomes.  Her strong focus on resilient and passive design strategies influences projects in a way that creates quality spaces while simultaneously increasing projects adaptability and flexibility while reducing energy, water, waste, and costs. She has also worked on the first two RELi pilot projects.

Megan is a key member of the firm-wide Resiliency Lab, engaged in research and conducting studio workshops connecting environmental, social and economic factors to advance resilience principles in buildings and communities. She is the Co-Chair of the North Texas Living Building Collaborative.

Megan earned her Bachelors of Architecture from the University of Miami and received her Master of Architecture in Sustainable Design from the University of Texas at Austin.
