Mobile Tour: Innovative Office Space

This tour will visit Oracle’s new Waterfront Campus, a world class campus that is designed to attract, retain, and inspire employees. Sitting on 40-acres of prime riverfront property the campus captures the essence of an urban waterfront project that helps connect Oracle to Austin’s natural beauty, entrepreneurial spirit, and thriving tech scene…as well as connecting Austin to Oracle.  The campus currently includes 560,000 sf of innovative office space and will eventually hold 10,000 employees.  Oracle’s employees can have the full live, work, play environment including a luxury on-site apartment building.  The Oracle Waterfront Campus won ULI Austin’s 2018 Most Influential Project Award.

This tour will also visit Springdale General, who’s mission is to keep the creative class in Austin by building a campus of affordable maker studios, creative office space, test kitchens, and workshops in East Austin. With over 165,000 square feet of space on 10 acres, this development can accommodate a variety of small to medium businesses from coffee roasters to tech startups.
